Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her aid and commitment to bettering South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services through an engagement with the company's senior professionals in a strategic arranging session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric exams.
From the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for your National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% with the registered pupils while in the education sector.
These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
